RETURNS:
Occasionally there is current in line merchandise that you would like to return or exchange. We will accept returns within 15 days of receiving merchandise, and only with pre-authorization. Please email info@violetandbrooks.com to obtain return authorization.
DAMAGES:
We will gladly repair or replace damaged merchandise at no charge within 30 days of shipment.
